    Gunsmith for M1 Carbine?

I have a Underwood M1 Carbine that was sent to South Korea and re-imported by Blue Sky of Virginia. Over the years it has lost the rear sight. I don't have the proper tool kit to re-install a sight and would be happy to have someone do that plus perform a general once over on the gun. I've seen a couple of places around the country such as Fulton Armory that will do that work but if there is a local alternative I'd do that first. Any suggestions for a gunsmith familiar with the M1 Carbine and located somewhere in Southern CA?

Inland Empire but don't mind driving a bit. Figure roughly anywhere from Los Angeles down to San Diego.
