    Broomhandle reline

I had Redmans do mine, I'm very happy with the job, it looks good and is accurate.

Good to know. I will be sending mine as soon as I can save enough pennies. Too many irons in the fire. I am also restoring a 1956 Austin Healey BN2. That is sucking up the majority of my income at the moment.

Thanks for the tip - I'll go with Redman's.

How did it go with Redman's? I hadn't seen this thread and used The Broom-Closet. Sorry now I did. It came back off-center.

and the bolt stop looks unsafe even though he claims to do a safety inspection.

My apologies to the C&R gods: This kind of crap can't be undone. I was almost stick to my stomach when I opened the box. On the plus side, he got it back to me in three weeks :-(

I had mine done by the Broom Closet as well. It came back looking like new. And that is something, considering what it looked like when I sent it to him.
