    Enjoy:

So I guess this answers the question somebody posted about why we don't see tons of surplus x39 here in the states. We do, it's this stuff.
"These surplus guns are cool not because they go Pew, but because where and when they have Pew'd"

I am gonna try them, 436 left after I just placed my order.

I wonder how well that Berrys plated bullet does going that fast? Do you think they down-loaded them a little to keep the plating on the bullet?

I just got a box of 124 grain .311 Xtreme plated bullets to load some 7.62x39. I have read that people have push them to 2100-2200 fps with good results but thats still slower than these should go.

Not for SHTF or defense.. Range ammo only..

". We test fired some of this ammo and the blunter projectile did lead to 1-2 jams per 30 round magazine in a Chinese Mak-90. We do not guarantee that this ammo will feed flawlessly, if you buy this ammo expect some jams and minor feeding"

That's kind of deal breaker for me. I'd rather shoot steel case and have it run smooth.

While I haven't shot this stuff, that is exactly why I will not buy any. However, last time this stuff came around there were a lot of guys on this forum that said they have very little, if any, trouble with these rounds.

            Edit:
And if nothing else, this stuff allows you to actually shoot your rifles, and save the better ammo for your stockpile. Fact is that this stuff is cheaper than even TulAmmo... which shoots like crap.

If you do the math it is 3-6% that didn't feed in a Chinese semi-auto. I have not doubt that my sks will feed just fine, if I run into 15 failures to feed out of the 500 especially when I am expecting it I am a-ok with that for this price. I am saving this stuff for when they finally do outlaw internet sales. Hopefully I never have to use it.

i did some research on Berry' website on that 123 grain bullet, MAX 1900 ft per second before the copper jacket will shed off...IMO..thats too slow for a gas operated gun and having not enough gas pressure will cause the bolt to short cycle causing FTF and FTE...normal FPS is 2200 to 2400.

Just got back from the range. not the greatest ammo. It doesnt shoot to the point of impact, had a few FTFs in my sks and its REALLY dirty...

oh well. you get what you pay for.

I'm still holding out for Golden Tiger. P.S. I'm willing to pay near premium for Golden Tiger x39 ammo, just an FYI haha.
