Need help identifying 7.62x54R ammo tins

I'm pretty sure they're both Soviet surplus, but beyond that I'm having a little trouble. If I'm reading the information on http://7.62x54r.net/MosinID/MosinAmmoID01.htm#Packaging correctly, the bottom tin is 7N1 sniper ammo, but I could be completely off base.

If the resident 7.62x54R experts would take a look at the photo and translate the labels, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

And it looks like light ball - steelcase from 1985
