Where is my Wideners M-44?

Anyone else get a ship yet? They charged my account 2/19/13.

I don't mind the wait but would of preferred not to have my card charged until they ship. Lessons learned.

I ordered 2 M-44's on 2/14 and they shipped on March 9th.
Calling isn't really a good option. I called four times over a few weeks and each time was on hold for over an hour before I hung up and had to go back to work.

I ordered mine on the 16th of February, and just got a tracking number for it today. Should arrive on Monday.

Hate to whine, but I ordered on Feb 16 also. Haven't heard a word. I have to go through a regular FFL as I do not have a C&R. I heard Wideners has canceled some orders that weren't to C&R holders. I am concerned they will cancel after all to other vendors have run out of M44s. Have you guys that received your Mosin's been C&R holders? Has anyone received a cancellation?
I sent them an email yesterday but haven't heard back. I know they say they are busy but jeesh! My M38 from Classic is sitting in jail already and it was ordered after the 44. The order confirmation said 15 to 24 days

Wideners will not ship to anyone but a 03FFL in CA. If you are trying to use any other FFL they will not fill your order.
This is posted on their website.

"Note: California 03 license holders Only on qualifying Firearms, we will not sell to or transfer through any other license in the State of CA."

I guess I missed that particular "note." This is what I was working off of " CONTACT YOUR LOCAL FFL BEFORE HAND AND MAKE THE NECCESSARY ARRANGMENTS FOR DELIVERY. PUT YOUR FFL'S ADDRESS IN THE SHIP TO SECTION DURING CHECK OUT."
Regardless, I think I will just cancel, Classic got my 38 to me in just over a week and I think they still have 44's. Thanks guys
