    yes once its yours you can modify it all you want (as long as its a legal config under CA and fed law) I just only do mods that are reversiable so I just reverse the config to original and sale the bubba parts as extra parts in the deal so I can still do FTF transations

      The DOJ registration form for C&R handguns is only for transactions that take place while the C&R FFL is outside of California. When a California C&R FFL acquires a handgun through a California dealer, the dealer will submit the registration info (and your payment) through the DROS process.
