    COE Change of Address

I've searched and cannot find an answer and even tried to call DOJ and just get a machine. Does anyone know what form I need to use to do a change of address for a COE? I am moving and just want to inform DOJ of my new address for my COE. TIA

If you are expiring within the next few months, just fill out the application from the DOJ website and select renewal. Send it in with your $22 and you should be good to go. If you just recently got it or its still a long time away to expire, then maybe just write them a letter with the COE #, old info and new/current info.
An err on the side of caution, is still an err. - me

Since a COE doesn't have your address on it, there isn't really an official procedure for changing an address. I called DOJ when I moved last year and they asked me to write a short letter and mail it to them. I definitely didn't want to miss my renewal form :-)

I collect Military Arms and enjoy shooting in local matches. I also collect older Lever Actions, especially those chambered in odd/old cartridges. If you have a nice old Winchester or Marlin in 25-20, 32-40, 38-55, 40-60, 45-70, etc etc, please PM me and we can work out a deal.
