    Mosin work needed

    Hi all, I just recently got a new mosin nagant m91/30 and also bought a accumounts pe scope and mount. Does anyone know of someone in California preferably Socal who could drill and tap the receiver, mount the scope, and also bend the bolt. Thanks, Evan
