I mailed my C&R app on 03-13-2008 and I got the licence and welcome packet in the mail today 4-5-2008. Way faster than I was expecting!

But you can mail off copies of your license now. There is nothing worse than wanting to buy from some store and they don't have a copy of your license on file. Hopefully you can afford a book of stamps because you've got a lot of mailing to do.Comment
