I am looking to sell my Yugo sks people have been telling me that if the rifle is over 50 years old I don't need to go through an FFL. There is no date stamp on the rifle that I can find. Rifle was purchased about 6 years ago at my local Big 5. I am know you could sell a c&r without going through an ffl but not sure now. Any help would be appreciated.

Depends on what type of SKS.
A Yugo 59/66 are never sold as C&R, at least to CA standards.
A Yugo 59 might be, but it is hard to tell. They were made from 1959 to 1966 when the 59/66 took over. So they almost always are sold through a FFL.*sniff* *sniff* Commies...Comment
