Sino-Soviet SKS?
Tags: None -
A Sino-Soviet should have:
blade bayonet, not spike
26 inside a triangle on the right of the S/N. It's easy to confuse between "26" & "216".
No Chinese characters T56 (五六式) on the receiver
S/N starting with a letter followed by up to 5 numbers
If the S/N is 2I86XX from arsenal 26, "I86XX" will be stamped on the bolt, bolt carrier, trigger guard, receiver cover and mag.Last edited by ATS76; 01-17-2013, 1:12 PM.Comment

A Sino-Soviet should have the serial #s in front of the arsenal stamp and no Chinese characters. May or may not have a capital letter at the begining of the numbers, not sure about that. PAXYou need a crew

It has the serial number before the triangle 26 and I86xx is stamped on the receiver cover and bolt.Comment

It looks like a Chinese rebuild using a early Sino Soviet receiver which was renumbered by adding the "2" in front of the original serial number
Every true original "Sino Soviet" has a unique SN sequence with four number preceded by another character. In addition it should have a blade bayonet and a stock with a side mounted sling.
Top rifle in the pic below.

The rear sight should have a proper Soviet type scale as in the pic below.
