    C&R Lever Action

    Whats a good model for a C&R lever action rifle and where is a good place to get them. Also whats the price range on these rifles

    It depends on what you want. Prices depend on make, model and condition. Expect to pay anywhere from $100 for a serious project gun to 5 figures for a serious collectable.

      The two most plentiful will probably be the Winchester 94 and the Marlin 336 (or its predecessor the Model 36).






      You can search on Gunbroker.com for the words "curio" and "lever" in the same search and see what auctions come up. There are some sellers who will accept a C&R FFL but they don't list the gun in the C&R section for some reason. By searching the item descriptions for the word "curio" you can usually find them.
