still a lot of mauser pistols at that time, not just limited to the c96. webley revolvers, even 1917S&W's were still in use. how 'bout a swedish Lahti, they look kinda like a luger and are much cheaper.

For a "basic" collection I would want the one most commonly used from each of the countries involved.

You don't need a Makarov there.
Walther PP and PPK, Mauser HSc (German Navy used them), Germans even used some Mausers 1910/1914 and Mod. 4.
The Tokarev has to be Soviet - the rest of them were made after WWII.
Webley made revolvers for the Btirish military, as well.
Nice-to-haves would be the Norwegian/German 1911, POlish Vis. 35, and so on.DiaHero Foundation - helping people manage diabetes. Sending diabetes supplies to Ukraine now, any help is appreciated.

1911 in .455 Eley...Originally posted by stix213My guns haven't killed any friends or family ever since I sat down with them and had a long talk about how that behavior just isn't acceptable in my household. I encourage all gun owners to sit down with their guns and have the same talk. Its the responsibility of all gun owners to ensure their guns just don't go off on their own killing people.Comment
