Are these still available? If so, can we get a CA legal version?

      thanks

With a 16 inch barrel, closed bolt and semi auto, they are california legal. Not by nature.

PPSH 41 semi auto versions built from surplus parts kit like Suomi or these are completed brand new manufactured by TNW?

It *is* by nature if we're talking about the semi auto versions. They were ALL built with 16" barrels- either with a long extended barrel shroud or with the pencil extension welded to the barrel.
There are no assault features on the PPSH41.

Out of state SBRs were re-made after the fact.

I think an outfit called 'Diva' started making them after Allied Armament stopped production. TNW used to make them as well. You can pick up a Diva on auction for around $650-700, the others go for more.

All of them were made using surplus parts kits as a donor for the stock, trigger group (which were modded for semi), barrels, and small parts.
