Dumb FFL03 C&R Question

FFL03 C&R Holder.

I bought 2 Mosin Nagants at Big 5, and did the traditional 10 day DROS.

Do they still need to go in my bound book?

yes they do.

all c&r, regardless of how they were acquired, need to go in the BB. Guns acquired before c&r and sold while holding a c&r needs to be logged out as well.

you don't USE your 03 FFL, you are a licensed 03 FFL and must log all C&R transactions that occur WHILE you are licensed.

i meant to say have not use. a MN M91-30 i purchased 4 months before i received my C&R03FFL had to be logged out when i sold it to purchase an M44 to replace it.
