    Selling Mosin Help!!-Pic Added

So Im going to sell my mosin, just no need for it and need the money for something else. Any way is it considered a cash and carry? What do I need to do to sell it?

If it's a C&R, more than likely it is, you can do cash and carry. No license needed, no ID needed, just cash and go.

Of course no selling to felons and etc. Just simply as if the person was a felon... if they say no, then Ok... cash and go.

If you have a C&R License, you'll need the other person's Driver's License/State ID for your C&R Booklet records.

The year is 1937. No C&R license. What should I try and sell it for? Round Reciever, should I post up pics so I now what I should sell it for?

I would say that it would sell quick for 130, it's in very nice condition. Though I'm seeing a lot here on calguns that, if in that condition, will still go pretty quick for 150

It really depends on how much of a rush you're in. If you're not in a rush start it high and see if there are any takers. Since the buyer won't have to pay sales tax + DROS + wait 10 days private party sales definitely have an edge over regular stores. Start it at $160 and drop it $20/week if no takers.

I've been kind of curious on the prices on PPT Nagants. Since they go for so little from a shop, why do people pay so much more from private party? Just to avoid dros and tax? When they show up in the classifieds they seem to sell immediately.
