The "Traumatic Pistol Liberty" is also interesting...a Tokarev that shoots rubber bullets.

I'm going to call my Tok my "traumatic pistol" from now on!

Wonder if Century or someone is going to import these? I would actually buy one of each, one Mosin and on SKS, it would be cool to compare the new versions with the old ones.

The ATF will look fondly at the web site calling it an assault rifle...

or perhaps, "assault hunting" i like the sound of it.....super neat though, a "new" sks or mosin. sadly, quality was probably better 60-100 yrs ago, seriously.

Ask the deer, I'm pretty sure they see it as assault when we shoot them.

I asked it if it thought I assaulted it and I got no response.

I would dig a new production Tokarev. Maybe scaled up to a .40 S&W or even .45 ACP.

None of these are newly made weapons. These are all old weapons taken out of former Soviet arsenal storage and modified into the configurations listed here.

The rubber bullet firing Tokarev and the blank firing/starter pistol type Nagant revolver remind me of the little "schreck schuss" pistols that I used to see for sale in Germany - these fired blanks, tear gas, and little signal flares. Because they didn't fire an actual bullet, they were not subject to the restrictions that real firearms were and in case of criminal attack I suppose they were slightly better than shouting "go away, you bad person!" at the offender.

In a land where handguns are strictly controlled, something that just goes "pop, pop" or is a more powerful version of an air-soft gun is Granny's only option for driving those dark, dirty, little foreign muggers in the Moscow subway. Plus they are made of metal, so when you run out of blanks or little rubber balls, you could always use them to hit you assailant.....gotta be at least as good as a heavy purse, one of those long loafs of hard bread, or a fish wrapped up in newspaper. Especially that Tokarev - I bet you could really crack some skulls with that one.
