It's not that dirty. It's dirty for ARs because the steel case has a different expansion rate than brass, and doesn't achieve a full seal in an AR. So you get a lot of crap going out to your bolt carrier group.

It's perfectly fine for SKS/Saiga/etc. Yes, your gas port and gas rod will be extremely filthy, but the bore will be fine, as will your bolt.

Shoot it as much as your heart desires out of the SKS. They're built to handle specifically that type of ammo.

On mauser ammo, yes, it's corrosive.

been shooting mostly Mosin bolt action. they just do not get that dirty. shot my turners SKS for the first time today. maybe shot 100 rounds of combo yugo brass and wolf steel case. being a simi auto it sure got dirty. must have used 30 patches. and Q tipping the chamber they came out black and took a while to clean up. not complaining had a great time shooting my 1959 factory 26 249 dollar SKS. i also have a yugo 59/66 A1 SKS.

If it was corrosive, your problem wouldn't be a green bolt, it would be rust.

No it's not. It's lead core. Steel cased. Steel jacketed.

It is what I always used in my SKS. Never had an issue with it and it was great for a day of plinking with friends since it is so cheap, usually cleared out my local Walmart's stock whenever we went shooting. And no matter how clean or dirty ammo is, you'll clean your gun eventually so don't sweat it.
