Anyone else notice the ad for the 1 day sale on Monday Dec. 10 on their site? Think it will include any blackpowder stuff?

The 1858's a great gun, and definitely different enough than the 1860 to want both. Plus they use all the same balls, wads, blah blah blah so the additional cost of buying another .44 cap and ball revolver isn't so bad as the first one.

There will probably be good sales next year but I wouldn't count on it this low (I paid $20 more for mine last year) and as you've seen in this thread the deals often only last a couple of days.

re: Monday - impossible to say. I was planning on checking - I'd love a good sale price on a couple of items but I think they're all Uberti which usually don't have the deep sales.

I got the 1860 Colt Army with the fluted cylinder for $199. Friday.
And put in an order for the 1858 Remington at $169. I should get that this week.
Then maybe out to Angeles next weekend.

Dont see any blackpowder stuff for sale during this one day deal. I am disappointed I missed out on the BSA binoculars that were on sale. Usually $100 bucks and they were on sale for $25.
