    CMP / CnR??

I cannot buy from the CMP as I'm not a citizen. However I do have a CnR license. Will the CMP sell to me, or is the clue in the word "Citizen" before "marksmanship" and "program"???

The C in CMP actually stands for "Civilian," but proof of U.S. citizenship is one of the eligibility requirements to buy rifles from them.

You're SOL. I investigated this, but even permanent residents are not eligible (which is ironic since they are however eligible to enroll in the US armed forces, which count tens of thousands of them).

Just wait for your citizenship. I'm impatiently waiting for mine.

Where are you on your Citizenship track?

CMP is on a 2-3 year track to depletion. (not counting panic)

If those curves don't cross? You may want to explore other options.
