Mosin PE Sniper, need more elevation!

Have a PE sniper (made copy), with copy scope. Elevation maxed out. Need MORE elevation. Any suggestions?

I wonder if you can shim the mount in the front.

Unfortunately no, on the PE, 6 screws mount it to the receiver. To get a shim between the mount and receiver, the receiver would have to re tapped. Thanks for the suggestion though.

The PU is much easier to shim or grind.

I see, I was thinking of the PU scope.

Is is round or hex?? did you try turning the mount 180 degrees and see if that changes it?

I have a hex with same set up and sighted in fine
