    C&R and obtaining cool stuffs?

In CA, C&R is limited. But for out of state, some C&R are extremely cool to have. Like some WWII full auto guns that shoots 9mm. In CA, state law prevents us from getting them, what about in free state? Can C&R licensee obtain those easily? I know they are classified as C&R, just dont know what the process is compared to non C&R FA stuffs.

    Like this thing...

yes, C&R FFLs can easily acquire this if they live in a free state. Just get the CLEO to sign off on the Form 4 and the item can be shipped directly to the 03FFL, no need to use an in-state SOT to facilitate the transfer. That could save you a second $200 stamp plus the SOT's transfer fee.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Pretty much sums it up. I hope you have deep pockets; it seems C&R NFA guns are always among the most expensive.
People don't like to be meddled with. We tell them what to do, what to think, don't run, don't walk. We're in their homes and in their heads and we haven't the right. We're meddlesome.
