New Shop in Sacramento on J Street

I heard about a new place with C&R's in Sacto on J street on the forum went by yesterday at 12:30 and they were closed. Anyone knows what is up with this? Are they still in business?

Not the same gun store/importer as before & I doubt it will even come close in comparison.

Old Sac Armory/NHM CO/NHTG, etc (New Helvetia Mercantile Company & Trade Group) was a great place to check out back in the good times of 1980s & early 1990s. They had some awesome stuff & great prices. IIRC, Ed Faust had some issues with ATF & either got his FFL revoked or voluntarily surrendered it.

I've heard of that place. It was in the news a few months ago because folks were "scared" of it being sandwiched between newer/hip businesses. Iirc the dealt with older militaria like C&R. Totally have to check that place out. Thanks for reminding me.

Yes that's the place 24th and J (south west corner), M&J Guns
I just was wondering if they are open yet or soon. I think having a gun store in midtown is cool especially since we lost Sac Armory and Gary Theiry (gunsmith) down there.

I can't seem to find them on a FFL finder. Maybe my googlefu sucks right now.

There are a few more articles stating that they will be only open when bars are closed (0800-1700).
