I have my C&R and would like to give away a couple of guns as gifts to my brother and cousin. They do not have C&R, how do I log that and what must I do?

Are they in CA? If they are, long guns you can just give to them and just put their info and DL# in your book. Pistols, however, must go through an FFL.sigpic

Log the transfer to them and state "gift."
