Rebuilt Garand status

Got a CMP garand back in the days. Sent it to Springfield Armory. They rebarreled it to 308. Refinished all parts. Looks brand new. If i decided to sell it would it still be considered a C&R or do a PPT at the FFL?

Even using the most conservative interpretation your Garand is still C&R. The U.S. military rebarreled many Garands with 7.62x51 barrels, so your rifle is still in an original military configuration.
