CMP Ordering Question: I forgot to include the checklist

I sent off my packet of papers to order a garand from the CMP, and forgot to put the checklist back in after checking off everything. The check list says it needs to be included, I tried to call them today, but couldn't get through in my limited lunch time.
Have any of you folks not included it, and what happened if you did.

Aw dude. You are so screwed...

Just kidding. I don't think it will be that much of an issue, provided you included all of the other information. If there is a problem, they will email you or call. Don't sweat it, they actually want to sell you the rifle.

I don't think they actually need the checklist...

However, they do need the notary form, even if you don't need a new notary...

      Stange.

I think you're good but if not, they'll call you. (they called me )

By the way, just so you know, calling them is generally a waste of time. If you have a concern email them and if it's something that needs to be talked about on the phone they'll have the right person call you.

I didn't include my checklist. My rifle arrived just under 4 weeks after mailing in the paperwork.
