    Buying C&R handgun, quick question

Gosh I should know this, but when buying a C&R handgun from an online site such as gunbroker, does the seller need to use the CFLC check in order to send it to an FFL01 in CA, or is that just for modern handguns? So would a private seller have to jump through additional hoops to send a C&R handgun to this state?

CFLC only applies to out-of-state FFL dealers.

    Non-FFLs are exempt.
