    Spent some time cleaning the M44 up from the pics posted earlier. Some Tung Oil really brought the stock out and the cartouche as well. On bizz travel or I would give you a pic...

    After reading the last SGN, I now have a hankering for a M1903. So it is written, so it is done... lol.....

    Since getting my 03FFL, my safe has transformed from a mostly pistol safe to mixed bag. Open the door now and it's a correct Garand, a DDM4, 16 gauge 870 Wingmaster, Sweedish Mauser that stand front guard. The K98 and Mosins are there too... The (2) M44's are bad *****

      true i have fired his. my 1944 Izhevsk M44 came from AIM yesterday. seems to be grease instead of cosmoline. Thursday my 2 M91-30's are scheduled to be at my house Aim again.
