Fill it out -- You are a "Collector" Get livescan fingerprints and send it to the address on the form.
The COE is running a little longer than the C&R license, you can apply for the COE at the same time -- i.e.: you don't need a collector's license to apply -- it's just useless without the C&R license.Last edited by littlejake; 07-03-2012, 2:35 PM.Life Member NRA and 2A Foundation.
