Be cool to have for the oddity, what shape is it in?

I have a friend that is in his 70's with a pace maker in his shoulder, he can't shoot anything with a good amount of recoil so he had an SMLE refinished and rechambered in 45acp. It is a beautiful rifle and looks different with a stick mag sticking out the bottom.
