My m44 has the date 1954 with 3 r's above it wrapped in te olive branch looki thing above the date according to 7.65x54r.net it's polish but there example shows a 1955 date stamp an help is appreciated on identifying the country of origin

I see the Cugir mark right there. But someone already said it--it's Romanian.
Looks like a beech or oak stock? Its definitely not birch.
