                    wow, that's cool! I always thought it was just a made up song for the movie.

                    Germans always seem to have the best marching/drinking songs.

                            Amen brother!! My Grandpa use to listen to those songs when he was rocking on the porch and i was just a puppy. smoking his pipe, talking about his time in the pacific. Good memories with good songs.
