I know that black powder guns are exempt from dealer transactions. When I bought these I had to wait 10 days. The long guns are a 1944 mosin, 1947 Remington shotgun, and a 1891 Argentine Mauser. If someone can provide a source of "legal' info I could read regarding the sale of old guns I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
You should be good to sell them all as "cash and carry" being over 50 years old,
How much are you looking to sell the 1944 mosin for maby interested?

anything under 1899 is considered and Antique by BAFTE so no FFL, no C*R nothing. Its the same as buying a box of cereal at the grocery store.

As for the 1940's rifles you have there that is C*R and good to go in CA because it is older than 50 years old.
