You should be good to sell them all as "cash and carry" being over 50 years old,Hello all, I am trying to sell some long guns and 1 Black powder handgun. I am not sure if I can sell theses cash and carry except the 1851 Navy of course. I know that black powder guns are exempt from dealer transactions. When I bought these I had to wait 10 days. The long guns are a 1944 mosin, 1947 Remington shotgun, and a 1891 Argentine Mauser. If someone can provide a source of "legal' info I could read regarding the sale of old guns I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
How much are you looking to sell the 1944 mosin for maby interested? -
What model of Remington is it?Soli Deo Gloria.Comment

anything under 1899 is considered and Antique by BAFTE so no FFL, no C*R nothing. Its the same as buying a box of cereal at the grocery store.
As for the 1940's rifles you have there that is C*R and good to go in CA because it is older than 50 years old.Comment
