While its not a glock, it will do.....

While I admit its probably not as durable as a glock, I will still learn to appreciate it for what it is!!! Beautiful....

Very nice, but you're a tease.

Have you got a story you're not yet sharing?
People don't like to be meddled with. We tell them what to do, what to think, don't run, don't walk. We're in their homes and in their heads and we haven't the right. We're meddlesome.

Beautiful gun but, I could find a pic on the Internet & post it as well......
Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

I belong to the group that uses firearms, and knows which bathroom to use.

I bought it last night on Castboolits. At least I paid for it!! I think it will arrive Monday via USPS.

Here is the story behind the gun.

I was shooting my service match AR at Burro a few weeks ago when one of the RO's...Waylon, asked me if I had ever shot a BP pistol. I repled to him that I had not.. Of course he whips one out and loads it up and hands it to me to try...hence a new addiction starts....This is my second BP psitol, I bought one from a calgunner 4 weeks ago.

While I like my 1911's, DE's, and Beretta's, there is nothing like shooting a BP pistol, as you all know who have done so. The slower pace of loading and the personal involvment in the process seems to make it more rewarding when you finally get to pull that trigger...its kind of like loading pre shooting foreplay...

Nice looking investment in alternative gun fun!

A glock or sig is higher quality than that wheel gun, get a real pistol.

                  Snicker. Nice piece

Beautiful gun, but gold plating will not last if you start shooting it.

I know, it will wear off quickly, but there is always Fords in Florida to redo it should that happen!! I already have one safe queen I am not supposed to shoot and I'll be darned if I am going to coddle this one!! It was only $300.00 so I say....shoot it!

My first gun was a Pietta army model 1860 replica. Bought it at the Kearney Park civil war reenactment some years ago for $200. Learned the hard way that you can't store a gun in a foam lined case for over a year without destroying the finish, and you can't repeatedly take it apart and put it back together really fast without destroying the screw threads. Sadly its now just a rusty paperweight that serves as a reminder to take care of my toys.

I'm going to shoot it. I shot its little brother today at burro for an hour, it was very enjoyable...
