    Swiss rifle group

    As of this week, my Swiss group of rifles works for me. One K31 with scope. One K31 with Swiss products diopter. One K31 with a Furter sight. One M1911 with original iron sights.

    Next, when finances allow, one more M1911 with scope and borrow a functioning brain that will get through a whole shoot.

    Tried the Swiss Products diopter sight. I thought it was great. Totally repeatable from 0 to rams to pigs to turkeys to zero to turkeys to chickens etc. Just count the clicks. Also 1, 4, 3 etc. MOA changes were right on and it was easy to get on target. Only downside, you need a set of inserts right away for optimum silhoette use. Anyway, I love the Swill Products diopter and recommend it to anyone that likes peep type sights.{{{Janito, you listening?}}}

    Anyone use a Dillon to load for the Swiss rifles?

      I have a K31 with SP diopter set up with fully bedded stock and floated barrel...a tack driver. However, I could not compete with the scoped guys in the open class so iron sight for me on US rifles.

      I have two Dillon 650 but have not started loading for the Swiss rifles yet. All I need now is a case of berdan primers and I'm ready to roll.

      Although my 650 can crank out some pistol ammo, I do not use the powder measure part of it when loading 30-06 as I weigh each charge individually. IMR 4064 just don't measure well on the Dillon powder bar due to being such a long stick powder.

        Just wait till they find out those Euros aren't worth Poop & go on strike!
        Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

        I belong to the group that uses firearms, and knows which bathroom to use.

          No worries. The Swiss have all the money, theirs, our Mafias, all polititians, Muslim dictators, African Kings, Russian billionairs, Mayor Daleys, Welsley Snipes, all California State Administrators, Clintons, DeBeers, and don't forget the Chinese capitalists. (Spies also).

          So I feel safe with their employment.
