CMP M1911A1 Paint Markings

I received a couple of M1911A1's from the CMP and both of them have some paint markings on them. Does anyone know what they mean?

Maybe Issued to a Forward Area Air Defense battery unit? Idk...that's the only thing I can think of with the military acronym "FAAD".

Rack numbers for arms room inventory and section assignment to easily tell whose's pistol it is.

interesting, mine did not have any markings like that.

If you want to sell or trade me for a non-marked set, I'd take that painted set off your hands. I'd make up a story about it being from area 51 and put it one on of my CMP guns.
