Chiappa M1 in 9mm

Posted this in the semi auto forum but now realize this is likely the correct place. I have one of these 9mm carbines based on the M1 carbine. Question is whether any of the hardware / furniture is actually interchangeable with original M1 parts? The rear sight is the main thing as it’s plastic and flimsy, though I like the thing overall.

I am nearly 100% sure that nothing from a GI Carbine will fit on one of these.
