I don't know, I think I may pass on this SKS. Its nice but I've already got my two Chinese's, and Yugo. If $400 is the going rate its not the usual bargain he gives me on his stuff.

Check to see if it's a Tula or an Izhevsk. If it's a Tula, $400. Izhevsk, much more.
