    New Aquisition! 1962 Remington 700

Just picked up a Remington 700 243 and figured I'd show it off. Action is buttery smooth, shoots great, and came with an old school Lyman 4x scope. Date code on the barrel puts it at April of 1962 production.

Nice, where did you find it? Is it tacky to ask what you paid? I am cheap and love old shooters! Thanks, and nice score!

Nice find. I just paid a grand for a new BDL in .308. They come with Timney triggers now. ?

Nice I have a late 60's 22-250 BDL. The first rifle I bought with my own money, in the mid eighties, was a 700 ADL 25-06. I have a dozen other deer rifles but still usually the one I grab.
