I ran across this tool, which appears to be some kind of front sight adjuster, possibly for a Mauser.

Looks similar to this AK tool, but I can't find one that matches it exactly.

Member "arilar" on Gunboards, a great source of Swedish Mauser information, correctly identified it as a Solnaskruven Swedish Mauser front sight adjuster.
