    Name of this pistol grip

Does anyone know what "style" this pistol grip is called? I'm trying to find what's available. Traditions has one, Thompson Center used to have one. Pederolsi has a nice one.........for $1500.

It was a common shape of handle handsaws in the 18th and 19th century (and even earlier) were often fitted with.
Like a lot of stuff, the nomenclature of things just get carried over from one thing to the next.
