LLC Is Me!

I am now an LLC. They said it would be approved in a week to 10 days, and when I was checking links, it said I was approved already!

I called Indianapolis to make dang sure I was reading everything right. Sure 'nuff, LLC is me!

No, I've moved into the world of triggers. The trigger is the race and a pin is a bearing... sort of a modified Finn design.

Figured I better cover my butt if I were going to be messing with triggers. They're plug and play -- made sure of that -- but there are always some folks out there who are accident prone.

Limited Liability Company. I have a LLC also. But mine builds custom cars, not gun related stuff.

I don't wish to make this thread a discourse on economics or business law... but, why an S Corp over an LLC. Seems like everyone that goes into business these days forms an LLC. My daughter has several.

S Corp was the preferred method of incorporation for doctors -- until the IRS hit them with heavy taxes.

So, what's the short answer, to why an S Corp over an LLC?
