SKS stock identification

Hi Calgunners

I'm wondering if anyone here could identify the country of origin that this sks stock comes from.

It looks like its walnut, but I really dont know what it is. Aside from that it has a rubber buttstock, and has the serial number 349XXX on it.. dont know if those x's are necessary but figured its safer to have them than not.

I'd take a picture of it but the light in my room casts a orange glow on everything.
