    If you fix the small issues, I'd say $600-$650ish. However, to command a premium you as a seller must know the TE & MW numbers and if it headspace. Not knowing the TE & MW numbers and if it will headspace I will not buy a MilSurp rifle unless really cheap and could use it as parts if it the numbers are really bad. JMO
