Yugo Mauser Bolt

Since it seems that Yugo Mausers have been quite popular on the C&R forum I thought now would be as good a time as ever to ask a question that I've been curious about.

Why is it that some of the bolts you see on Yugo M24/47s are blued while the great majority of them are not? Was this done to a select few for parade purposes? Or did a specific arsenal do this when they refurbed M24s? I'd be very curious to find out if anyone knows the reason for this. I've only seen a handful of pictures of these M24/47s with blued bolts and one of my rifles has a blued bolt sleeve but the rest is shiny steel.

The bolt should be in the white or polished.

The blued bolts could have been done for export purposes.
