About how long are they averaging to shop once order is received?

I received notice that is was heading to the sales dept on Jan 30th. Still waiting to hear from the Sales Dept.

Just found out my order was put into a "Open" status due to the feds delay. This is the second time now order from CMP this has happened. I just purchased a shotgun a month ago and no issue. *(%$*#&*%(*)(*)$*_)@!

CMP uses the same background check as your gundealer

Mailed mine over Feb 15 and received by CMP on the 21st. Any day now I hope to get a DBU email about my order. Can't wait, the wait is a killer for sure.

Well, the Fed's will not tell you why it is in a open state. It was not until I mentioned I have a C&R, COE, and had recently purchased a shotgun at Big 5 she gave me some clue. Go to the local Sheriffs Office and get a Arrest Record. What? Oh man.... Very strange.

Mine finally shipped out today! It took 37 days from the day i mailed my order to them shipping it out. My first M1 should arrive tomorrow morning . I ordered a SA service grade and i recieved a 5429XXX. Now i have an itch for a WWII reciever, Garanditis has already begun lol!

Bandook, when did you get a confirmation yours was heading to the sales dept?

Received an email on Feb 6th stating that my order was received on 1/23 and was headed to Sales.
