    IMA Robbed!?!

Just got an e-mail that IMA's warehouse has been burglarized:

Some very unfortunate news to report this holiday weekend- IMA was robbed. We estimate that between $250,000- $300,000 worth of material was stolen from one of our long term storage facilities in Easton, Pennsylvania.

        WOW!! That sucks!
That sounds like a huge amount of inventory.
They've had to of had safe guards put in place for an inventory that big.
I wonder if it was an inside job.

IMA is a great company. What a shame.

Burglarized, not robbed! That's worse than calling a magazine a clip!

I can't imagine there's much of a black market for WWII foot powder.

It was replica "foot powder" just imported from Columbia. They only got away with a few keys.

If you noticed I said burglarized in my post, they were the ones who said robbed in their e-mail, so I used it to make the headline dramatic.

I wonder how they think they are going to get any reasonable amount of money for their loot. If they try to sell to actual collectors or anyone who knows the value they are going to get caught in a second.

I think some other shady folks are going to get good deals and not even realize that they got a good deal, nor what it is they actually bought.
