    Does anyone know if a Handgun Safety Certificate meets the firearms related activity for purchasing from the CMP?

      Scan some of the recent threads about the cmp.
      I remember this being discussed.
      I believe it does. But check to be sure.

          Absolutely! All you need now is a club membership like GCA or CRPA along with your proof of citizenship (birth certificate or passport) and you are golden.
