My Romanian tok has had some extractor problems. It would not always extract properly, causing the brass to get caught on the next round. I would rack the slide and it would pop out. The last round got stuck in there so bad that I had to take it home and disassemble the gun. Seems to happen on split cases only. It performed flawlessly for 100+ rounds and then gave me trouble. I was using some polish ammo. Any ideas on how to fix this?

If its only happening on split rounds my guess would be ammo is the problem? try some new production PRVI or wolf and see how that runs though it.
