    C&R PPT Question

As I understand it, with a 50+ year old rifle there is no requirement to do a PPT thru an FFL. Yet some sellers insist on going thru an FFL for what ever reason.

Here's my question: Does the 10 day wait apply for 50+ year old C&R rifles transferred thru an FFL?

^^ Yep, all transfers of firearms through a dealer, regardless of C&R status must DROS and 10 day.

Not normally a problem for C&R.
It's the 1-every-30 restriction that a lot of FFLs don't recognize applies to all handguns.

Even Cinco Grande will allow an 03/COE to walk out with a C&R.
